Reading your past posts I listened to the Caledonia song – I loved it. I did not know that it meant Scotland. Now I wonder why a place I have always wanted to visit is called Nouvelle Calédonie? (New Caledonia) I bet it must have been James Cook again since he was in Hawaii too.

I had seen the Contrex pub before and thought I could place it on my blog then I forgot. It is a fun piece and I’ll have to remember it. Lovely pictures of your grand children. We just came back from Tennessee where we saw our three grandchildren including the 3 months old baby we only had seen when he was born. Unfortunately my son-in-law does not like me to place their pictures on my posts, so it’s not easy, as I would love to.
