JUNE HEAT WAVE

We are having a heat wave!  The garden is now at 'high summer' with the roses doing really well. Below are some photos taken in the last few days.  That blue sky is wonderful! The garden table shade is up as we rustle as seat in the shade.  Amazing!









Samosas that I made using (purchased) sheets of thin filo pastry - very easy.  Baked in the oven, not deep (or shallow) fried.
